I am committed to advancing sustainable solutions at the nexus of climate, energy, and the coastal ocean. Motivated by a deep interest in the response of coastal systems to a changing climate, my work integrates science and engineering to tackle critical environmental challenges. I specialize in numerical modeling to improve understanding of coastal hazards, ecosystem dynamics, marine energy potential, navigation, and climate impacts. These efforts provide a robust foundation for applying AI and machine learning to enhance predictive accuracy and system optimization. Through this integrated approach, I aim to develop and leverage digital twins of the coastal ocean to support both climate adaptation and mitigation strategies.
